Warning Wallow
When a bison raises its tail, snorts at you and then wallows, it's time to take a wide detour. These are three of the (allegedly 26) warning signs that bison give before directing their bad attitude toward you at a high rate of speed.
Ribbon Lake Trail, south of Canyon, just east of the long stretch of "wild" thermal features.
