I think it's the Weissferner on the route from Chemnitzer Hut .

I'm not sure about the name. In my map (AV-map 1:25.000 30/3) Weissferner is a little glacier west of Ampferspitze that you don't touch at the normal route to Hohe Geige. The snow on the picture fills a little plain just south of Geige summit in about 3200 m. Now, 10 years later, I don't think there is some ice left there.
