Awesome Map......for an incredible trip. I'm glad you included this map...it's a great way to visualize your trip.
I hope to one day spend an entire week in the Grenadiers.

wowIm looking at a somewhat similiar route but with a lot of luck Ill make about 10% of the summits you did (impressive!). The ridge between the back of vestal basin and trinity lake - is that hike/scramble-able (with a pack)? Looking for the best way out of vestal (heading towards chicago basin) without backtracking. Im a scrambler but not a climber.

Re: wowThanks. I assume that it's probably possible to go down to Trinity Lake, but I don't know for sure. Definitely it would be loose talus. I would think that that would be a round about way to get to Chicago Basin. The standard, I believe, is to drop past Balsam Lake and then go up between Peak 5 and 6 heading south.
