Deadman Creek rough trail

Took Deadman Creek (unnamed) drainage instead of Cottonwood Creek (FS743). Didn't get within 2000' of Pico Aislado summit. 15 hours round trip. Extremely overgrown, bad mosquitos, and blowdowns 6 layers deep for first 3 miles. Best quality trail above treeline was deer path at best, the rest was a bushwhack at best. Don't recommend for any reason. Locked gate at (probably locked) pit toilets 37.906, -105.649 adds 2 miles to a vague trail starting at 37.895, -105.626. There's also a trail in even worse condition starting from a creek monitoring station at 37.895, -105.622 which meets up with the main trail in 0.9 miles.
