"West Sievers Mountain" from...

"West Sievers Mountain" from one of the many tarns in Willow Basin. "West Sievers" is a worthy side trip, the views of the Bells from up there are rediculous.

Colorado's Maroon Bells Snowmass Wilderness.

Re: this view

Hi Ryan, you knew I wanted to climb UN13,336 a long time ago. Well, I fianlly got some route beta from Dan Bereck and last July went and climbed it. West Sievers is just a name that I gave to the point shown here in the photo, it made sense. I finally climbed Sievers Mountain last week. Geting on the true summit proved to be a nice airy experience. The summit register was left behind by Gerry and Jennifer Roach in 2003.. Those two sigs and that's it.

Re: this view

Very cool... Congrats on Sievers. That mountain just can't help but attract you from Maroon Lake! Looking forward to the page. One thing I regret is that I didn't climb in the Elks this year.

When did you climb 336? Just wondering, given the snow still highlighting the peaks in your photos.
