Re: Very nice looking formation and routeTHank you Natasha. The route we did (Moby Dick) was pretty fun but soft for a 5.8.....kind of an enjoyable, stress-free day :)

Re: Very nice looking formation and routeThat's interesting. That first link you provided said it was not recommended for new 5.8 trad leaders. Must be those Southern Arizona climbers are softies. :-)
Nice photo!

Re: Very nice looking formation and routeThanks Martin.
I think there's very little 5.8 terrain on this route - in fact most of it is 5.6-5.7.....but, I guess a leader should be solid on .7 since the route probably deserves a rating of PG or even PG13.
I was going to put in the comment in the route description that the route is casual for a 5.8 leader and a fun adventure for a solid .7 leader.

Moby needs a fashion consultant!Green just isn't his lip color at all! I picture him in more of a "pink bamboo" shade.
Just kidding. Very nice work, as usual.

I guess the major cost of partying in the sun is the masochistic hours we spent in the car driving :)
