Wind River Range Titcomb Basin from the south

This is the classic view from above Island Lake looking into the distant Titcomb Basin region. Fremont Peak is the massive peak in the center of the picture. Gannett Peak is located just beyond the most distant peaks on the left. At this point you are about 12 miles from the trailhead... another 8 miles till you get to the summit of Gannett!
