Can you change the software corrected longitude

from 110.85°E to the correct: -110.85°W? The negative sign (-) is quite important and when implemented will take your mountain out of China and make the distance function work.

Excellent, BUT one problem that I see is that there is no link to the map (FS98) you spoke of. Make sure to link to the map.

Very good page and great photos. I added Samaniego Peak this week also, so the Santa Catalinas are much better represented on SP now.

camping near the Window?

Hi Jeff- I am looking into hiking this trail in the near future, but I was wanting to hike up it, set up camp nearby and hike down the next day. I was wondering if you knew areas near the Window for camping??
Thanks
Manda

Re: camping near the Window?

There are a few level spots on the grassy shoulder just before you reach the window. Note that high winds would make the area unpleasant for sleeping. Also, you'll need to haul your camp water up from the valley below.

Your choice ... But the hike is very pleasant in one day.

Cheers,
Sarah
