Winter Descent

Winter solo climb (11/27/2006) on east face of Pikes Peak, about 13,600 feet, preparing to descend down the snow. And about 15 minutes before I tore up my ankle for the season! Was NOT a fun hike out. :(

Two hours of surgery later, my ankle is good as new! :)
