Wisdom Earthworks
Loading area for Wisdom Earthworks talus mining operation. They have a 25 year lease (with many years left) to mine talus rock from private property high on Bessemer Mountain. In 2012 the Bessemer road was "daylighted" meaning that 20' of timber on either side of the road was cleared. It opens up views, but makes the road trip even bleaker than it was before.
