Mount Washington and the...
Mount Washington and the Presidential Range from Lafayette's summit on May 2, 1999. The ridge in the foreground consists of Mount Guyot (4580'), Mount Bond (4698') and others. The Pemigewasset Wilderness is before this ridge and Crawford Notch is behind. By this time spring hiking conditions had set in on Lafayette and the snow was slushy on top.
