Culebra is privately owned. Access is through the Chula Vista ranch which is normally a commercial hunting ranch but climbers are allowed access in the off season for a fee.
My personal favorite is #8 because I can swear to each from personal experience. Forgetting the tp AND the kleenex was especially difficult on one momentous weekend.
