27-Dec-2003. It had snowed two days before. Came up from the Trail Spring side, through 1-2 inches of fresh white stuff. Saw tracks of birds, deer, and a feline predator.

It's only about 3 miles from the sea, but almost a mile high. When a cold winter storm comes in off the Pacific it's not uncommon to see snow in the higher elevations around there. I hope to be hiking there again soon.
