A cliff of Ferlacher Horn

A cliff of Ferlacher Horn

The northern face of Ferlacher Horn is an almost vertical rock wall. Unfortunately it can't be seen well from the trail leading on the rim of the rock wall

If you did...

...the route on Ferlacher Horn / Grlovec past the Sechter/Žehtar, perhaps you can describe it for us ;)

Best,
Vid

Re: If you did...

We did just the standard route from the house "Deutscher Peter", apart from a shorter section (2 x 1 km) where we lost the marked route and we had to find the route on the ridge after some bushwhacking. We weren't down in the gorge "Kotla", neither on Sechter. Just we saw these objects from the ridge where the standard route is. Likely you used this route, too. This route was not very exciting, except for several beautiful flowers (one of them I haven't seen before). But many SP users are annoyed when seing photos about flowers so better if I don't post them now with some "alibi" route description.
Cheers, Szani

Re: If you did...

Aha, so you went up by the standard route. I found the ridge part of it quite fine. Regarding flowers posting, I can't imagine why people would not like them, especially if they are done by such an expert as you are :)

Cheers,
Vid
