A Curious Object.

While on the east peak of Snow Mountain, in the background of this picture, I looked over and saw a rectangular shape on the ridge of the west peak. My curiosity piqued, I hiked over to find this structure. On the east side of it are the words "USGS Snow Mtn W Glenn Co Cal"
