the brocken!my word. recall the sighting of the brocken spectre(strange light formation in cloud) on the descent of the Matterhorn by the first ascent party. The Taugwalders naturally thought it was the end of the world.

LenticularFantastic photo. IMO it`s a Lenticular cloud usualy quite high up indicating very strong winds !
