This was an outstanding trip report of what look like a beautiful place, and I really appreciated the fun and honest look at hiking together.

Re: Great Trip Report
Thanks! I hope I didn't convey the impression that we are constantly quarreling during our hikes. We aren't and quite actually we agree 98% of the times. It's those two last per centage points which spice up the relationship.
And yes, we had fun in this beautiful area.

Re: Amazing pictures
Thanks Mr. Music! A nice sunny day and a polarization filter help a lot with the pictures. I wrote up an article about their use some time ago. See here
Thanks for a lovely read on an early sunday morning when instead of being out in it, I am at home in the city. The photos are great and the writing engaging. I am inspired!

Re: Lovely
Glad you liked it. You're right one should rather be outside than sit in front of a computer, but after all it is November!
which reminds me of my 2 days at Ch. Tuoi 3 weeks earlier - thanks for writing and garnishing with a lot of fine pics!
How true these remarks about pathless routes (I hit upon them and was defeated by them even more when I tried to scale Flüela Wisshorn on my way home and gave up in an enervated state after 2 hours and only 200m of altitude gain)! One particular efficient example guards the access to beautiful Fuorcla d'Anschatscha from Val Tuoi ...
And what a difference to the exuberantly marked and well maintained paths in the Tyrolian Alps!

Re: Fine TR
But on the other hand you don't have so many people there. We met half a dozen people which even in September is not much
That's true - I was alone on my 1st day on Plan Mezdi, on my 2nd day on the Fuorcla d'Anschatscha ascent, and on my 3rd day when trying Flüela Wisshorn ...
But on the other hand just recently I was also completely alone for 2 days on a very nice, calm and sunny October weekend (25. - 27.) in Stubai (Hoher Seblaskogel traverse).
