Hasn't voted | I'm no expert, but wouldn't that peak in the back be Adams, not Rainier? | | Posted Jun 9, 2004 12:32 am |

Hasn't voted | Nope, you can tell this is looking at Hood from the southeast. Adams is NE of Hood so would not be able to be seen in this one. Since the top is not chopped off of the volcano in the background, it's gotta be Rainier. | | Posted Jun 9, 2004 1:53 am |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for the clarification. I guess I didn't realize they were that close together. That looks like 20 miles seperating them, when in fact it is hundreds... | | Posted Jun 9, 2004 11:39 am |

Voted 10/10 | It's gotta be Adams. Those are the Goat Rocks with snow right behind it. | | Posted Jun 12, 2005 10:00 pm |

Hasn't voted | It's obviously Adams. Rainier and Adams are easy to tell apart. | | Posted Jun 15, 2005 12:00 pm |
| Dave in Bend | background mtn. is Adams | | Hasn't voted | The mountain in the background is Adams, not Rainier. I see the White Salmon headwall on Adams' SW flank. If it were Rainier you would see Little Tahoma peak off to the right. | | Posted Sep 5, 2004 7:05 pm |
