Sorry, couldn't resist the movie reference. It's a white-crowned sparrow, Zonotrichia leucophrys.

Re: That's no chickadee...Creative reference.......I believe you. Maybe Chickadee is a "local" name for the bird....maybe not? Kinda like how people call Mountain Goats, Billy Goats. Either way I will change the name of the bird. Thanks for the correction and happy trails out there.
