Aconcagua from near the base...
Aconcagua from near the base of Mesa in 1995. I am standing at the top of a 16,000 ft pass with fossles at my feet. This image was taken on a 10 day horse trip around Mercedario. I had submitted this image earlier but have deleted it and resubmitted this better scan. Cheers William Marler

Incredible contrast in texture, color, and illumination as I look deeper into the photo. Perfect exposure, too.
