What makes you people type so many words so quickly? ;) Anyway, thanks a lot for this Carpathian tale. Are you sure that hut's been abandoned? If you ever see a strange-looking shepherd with a mighty dog-repelling staff, take out a can of one of the best Carpathian lagers - I don't smoke either.

Quickly? It's been a year since I uploaded those photos ;) But anyway, I must confess I was inspired by that newly added retro report from two Poles. As for the map, I may do one for the main ridge trail one day, but not at the moment.
Congrats, my trip report, just 2 weeks after you Peter is still ...pending ;) ...and the last sentence of the epilogue here is worth to be kept in mind! ...sometimes those valleys could simply never end, Repede mysterious waterfalls...;)
