After climbing the West Ridge of Prusik Peak, August 13, 1986

Me and my partner Greg Smith on Prusik Peak's summit. My gear sling had been eaten by a Marmot and then taped together...My backpack fared worse. I was wearing a brand new pair of Fires, my second pair... I've always loved the rock pinnacle in the background that looks like a man wearing a balaclava.
