This pic is a tad over-exposed but the whiteness of the rocks makes them look like snow. It's still great!

On a bright day it is often quite hard to get decent exposure of limestone rock. In this case the camera was on automatic and exposed to the mountains in the background. I didn't notice until afterwards. :o(
