Hasn't voted | I think its a memorial cross and the memorial was placed in the round device in the middle. It should be an old cross, probably end on 19th century judging by the style, with the baroque puttos and the renaissance work on it it should be "Historismus", 1880 - 1900 roundabout. Thats my guess.
