An easy path in the Cordillera Negra

There are no signs or markers, but in the open terrain you can see where you're going. Actually, I'm looking back at where I came from as I'm descending towards Huaraz. I think the hill just right of center is Cerro Carachuco, but I'm not sure. 3 August 2011.
