Roads and trails on this route make the hike ok if you don't usually dumpster dive. http://www.willhiteweb.com/north_cascades/anderson_mountain/pacific_northwest_trail_248.htm

Hiked this with Eric using the road from the south (see below). Were able to drive to where the road starts, but it was all rain-soaked snow from there. We were soaked through by the time we returned to the car. Eric wore his usual shorts -- amazing!

Bushwhacked to all the closed contours on the ridge. I think the second one from the south is highest.

Did this with Bob and Duane in the rain on a snow covered road. Winter weather. Tagged both summit possibilities.

RedwicA LOT Of Road Hiking!!!  Sucess!
Date Climbed: Nov 1, 2009

I knew there would be a lot of road hiking involved when trying to summit this mountain, but it was much moreso than I expected. I decided to also explore the southern side of the mountain's upper ridgeline in addition to the summit(s). Logging activity is VERY noticeable on this mountain. I was very disappointed with the lack of summit views.
