Left of the ridge is Austria, on the right is Italy. At Mulle, the ridge turns a bit to the right, and later it turns still more. The crest further back is the continuation of the same ridge and the same border. Further right, but outside this picture, it culminates at Hochgall, the highest mountain in the Rieserferner Group.
