Beautiful
Been wanting to hit this one for a while now. Hit it as part of a 33 mile run from Park City to Sundance. Amazing fields of gold grass, with layers of gold quaking aspen in front of an amazing backdrop of AF Twins, and White Baldy.

start at Alta
Catherine Pass TH to Great Western Trail, then trail 157. About 2hr20" one way moderate pace. This section of GWT is new to me - nice views but also motor vehicles & gunfire as background noise. 9 September 2023: 2nd ascent by same route w/Stanley. We went a little further to peak 9792.

Nice hike
Started from Albion Basin at the Catherine Pass TH. First went to Sunset Peak, then backtracked a little to the Great Western / Dry Fork Trail which I followed to the north end of Ant Knolls and then took trail 157 which goes to within a few feet of the top.
