Apikuni mt

Natahki is the small ice covered lake in the hanging valley. Altyn is the the small peak [L] and Henkel is to the [R]. The route up to Henkel and Apikuni is clearly visible from this photo. From the lake simply walk up to the high saddle in between Apikuni and Henkel and then continue the ridge walk from there.
Photo taken on May 26, so this is one of the more manageable early season climbs in the park.
