Draws you in. Use of perspective makes a photo, as does forground objects to give depth. Though in this case (with a "Vanishing Point"), including foreground would rob the photo. So good shot.
If taken from more to right, the phone lines may not have shown, and might have aligned with the "Vee" in the distance. Then the two aspects would have blended to make a 10+
