Approaching the top
Not very exciting but the altitude is. This shot is taken at almost ten thousand feet and it is darn cold and windy but yet, beautiful. We had just fixed a flat (err, I mean Bob had just fixed a flat) when I took this shot but this was the best part of the road that led up from down in the flatlands, 5000 feet below. Expansive views in all directions and I wish I had taken a panoramic from the summit area (broad top in the distance)
