Thanks! I'm glad you like it. It's a fairly short ice pitch, but it adds spice to the route. The position does the rest.

It's an inside joke. Dan is a sport climber who never misses a chance to extol the virtues of bolts. So, we came up with the idea that snow bolts would make alpine routes appealing to him.
