B-25 Crash Site
In 1955 a B-25 flying from Great Falls MT to San Deigo CA crashed on Mt. Timpanogos. The wreckage, as seen in this picture, is located on a scree field at an elevation of 10,800'. Most easily the wreckage is accessed from the "toilet" turn off on the Timpanokee trail. August 2007.
