Route Climbed: Ibones de Brazato Date Climbed: 28 August 2004  Sucess!

My first climb was in May 1998 with a lot of snow, so it was very hard to leave mark on the snow, but the tiredness disappear when we saw so near Mountain Vignemale. Last year, in August, without snow, the climb was interesting too. Lobelia.

Route Climbed: Ibones de Brazato - normal route Date Climbed: 24 september 2004  Sucess!

Pitched up my tent at the Ibones Altos de Brazato in the evening in stormy weather and rain, but suddenly the sky broke open so I climbed Pico de Bacias in a hurry before it got dark. It was hard with wind gusts over 150km/h I guess, but amazing views in the very clear air.

Great day and great views from the summit:

-east: Vignemale, Ordesa (Astazús, Marboré, Cilindro, Perdido, Tallón,...)

-south: Brazato, Otal, Tendeñera.

-southwest: Telera, Collarada, Pala de Ip.

-west: Argualas, Garmo Negro, Pondiellos, Infiernos.

-northwest: Balaitous, Gran Facha.

...and much more.

A great observatory.

The landscape from Baciás Oeste is very similar and the climb it's a little most dangerous in bad terrain.
