Hi

How did you like Silverton Mt.? That's on my list of places to ski soon. Did you have to ski with a group?

Silverton is a great mountain and certainly one of the best places to ski in Colorado. This photo was taken in December when you can ski on your own, but from January through early April, you must have a guide. Also, you have to carry an avalanche beacon, shovel and probe to ride at Silverton and all that equipment can be rented at the base.
