A marker for the height of Lake Lewis, a massive lake that only temporarily appeared, filling the Pasco Basin, during an Ice Age approximately 13,000 years ago. Along the Canyon Trail on Badger Mountain, the most prominent highpoint overlooking the Tri-Cities of Washington State. March 22, 2009

This is new

This must have been put up not all that long ago but I like this. There is an erratic not far from where this is located. Shots like this make me miss good ole Badger.
