Badger Mountain

As viewed from the south, Badger Mountain and its smaller neighbors make up the main raised relief in the Tri City area. Kennewick is out of the picture to the right and Richland and West Richland lie on the other side. Badger Canyon, is now a growing residential area with houses being built just about everywhere. The spot I took this picture from was near a new home being built. The Tri city area has a population of close to 120,000 people and a strong economy. It is a two hour drive to Spokane (north), and a three hour drive to Seattle and Portland from the area.
