The Kalmiopsis leachiana plant grows along the trail near the Bailey Cabin site. The Kalmiopsis Wilderness was named after this plant. It only grows naturally in this wilderness and the Biscuit Fire of 2002 didn't have any lasting affect on its survival. 6 October 2007 Comments |  Image Data
