White gravel roads of Balkans. Often as big a challenge for the car and the driver to get to the foot of the mountain, as for the mountaineer to get to the top afterwards. Often not recommended for other cars than 4x4's. Unless...

May those roads remain the way they are. Otherwise, sooner or later those places will slowly become just another mountain resorts swarming with tourists.

In making this album I was actually inspired by the Mountain Roads album by dwhike.

I dedicate it to my companions on Balkan trails - my girlfriend Agnieszka, Ivoš and David, Azra and Dinaric-ZG, and also to all my friends from the SLO-CRO-BIH-SCG-MK Team. See you somewhere on the Balkan roads some day!
