OverviewThe gully used to approach the Goat Plateau hut continues up past Bass Buttress to the summit plateau. Used for descent in summer, it makes a fun easy climb in winter.

Route DescriptionClimb directly up the approach gully to Goat Plateau. Continue up past Bass Buttress until the gully is blocked by a chockstone. Bypass the chockstone via the wall to the right (easy mixed, maybe M3). Continue up to another chockstone. Climb an ice step behind this chockstone then continue to the summit plateau.Essential Gearice tools
