| We decided to climb easy ravine Y grapa on the northern side of the mountain. we parked our cars on Ljubelj pass from where we had to walk about 2 hrs to the ravine entrance, because ski lift was not working due to lack of snow. The snow conditions at ravine were just perfect, except of the weather which was really bad, with a lots of wind and zero visibility! We chose to climb the right exit variation. On the ridge we had a little problems with orientation due to poor visibility but finally we managed to find the summit and our descend ravine - Centralna grapa. This was really great experience and nice 6-7 hrs tour. | |

| A nice walk and surprisingly few people on the mountain. Presumably due to the (currently very unreliable) forecast of storms. The road north of Begunje is not in great condition so we didn't drive the whole way but left the car at about 850m. Up and down took 5 hours. The view is fantastic, particularly back towards Bled. | |

| The plan was to climb Begunjscica via Zeleniska grapa ravine - III/2-3, 200-250m., 45°-70° (UIAA 4 do 5+) - but instead of 1 vertical jump we faced 3 (due to lack of snow), so our group was quite slow and we didn't want to risk to reach the summit and descend back to the valley in the dark. Than we decided to abseil back down to the entrance of the ravine. Will try it again some time in the near future... | |

| It was my first winter climb /2000/, we needed no equipment.Next time we climbed Sentanski plaz/slope/, fully equipped, about new year 2009.It was very, very cold and not so easy.We descended down the western slope,where the wind was not so strong.I enjoyed "skiing" on my feet down the empty slopes, fun. | From Ljubelj pass to the Zelenica maedow and then over the Grapa Y (the left ravine from the Osrednja grapa (Main ravine)). Beautiful view but strong wind. We descended over the small valley Sentanski plaz back to the Ljubelj pass. | |
