Great day!

This guy, Toni, should have an internet access. He certainly has more great photos!

Re: Great day!

Toni is my friend Vid. He has internet but at work not at home. He is busy businessman so he has no time for SummitPost and really he wouldn't know how to use it and post photos :-) He has very little experience in internet and photo editing. I have his photos, he has mine. He uses mine for some of his publications and I can use his for things such as this. I had these for a long time (since they were shoot) but I don't like to post pics which are not mine. But these are TOO GOOD and I felt the world should see them. I think these are best Gran Paradiso photos on SummitPost.

Should be POTW

Outstanding photo that should be Picture of the Week!

Quick question.... is the pinnacle on the ridge the actual summit? Is the pinnacle climbed?

Re: Should be POTW

This pinnacle is little bit lower than the highest point, which is just left of it, by the edge of the photo. I guess some climbers climb it but I wonder how fragile it is. Looks to me it could easily tumble down the mountain if you sneeze harder :-)

punta rossa and la grivola

The mountain in the front middle is la Grivola with rightcof it the Punta Rossa della Grivola. Good Shot, nice colours! Tim

Thanks for reminding me Tim, forgot to put that in caption. Photo compliments go to my friend Toni.
