The Biafo & Hisper Glacier is one of the most famous, challenging trek in Karakoram, because of its spectacular landscape from Askole to Nagar village. Biafo is the 3rd largest glacier of the Karakoram and located in the heart of Karakoram. While trekking Biafo-Hisper glacier, continuing up the glacier a snow slope is een ascending gradually to the Hisper Pass. The snow may be soft and the approach to the pass is long. From the top of the pass at 5151m can be seen the huge basin of snow (Snow Lake) formed by the confluence of various side glaciers with the Biafoglacier, spread out below. The view is overwhelming and majestic. you can see the most beautiful and magnificent scenery of Karakoram range.

Great feeling of immensityof scale of these mountains! How far are the more distant peaks in this picture?
