Very nice

posture of the animals. Did you used a tele lens or you sneak close to them?

Re: Very nice

Thank you. I did both. I was only about 40 feet from them and used a tele lens.
Cheers.

good job

Anya....never as bold and beutiful as what I am used to up north or as large as the big horns in Zion, but these two look spectacular and you snuck up on them! In Canada, you get right up next to them, as they are used to licking the broken minerals off of the road as well as your urine. But the ones I have seen in Red Rocks and Zion don't have that necessary relationship (easy to lick up minerals and salt without any help) and are normally quite skittish. Cheers.

Re: good job

Thanks for the comment Dow. They tend to be skittish indeed. The ones in Lake Mead area even more so than the Red Rocks band. These two hung around because they tried to get our attention off the lambs and females that were resting nearby. We only realized it much later. Cheers.
