Wow, that is an oscure peak. Few outside Vernon seem to know of it.



Anyway, access is a little better from the south, but its a longer drive from the Wasatch Front.

Thanks Scott! I appreciate your addition to the Overview section, I had a real hard time finding information about this peak. I realized when I hiked it, that it would be less elevation gain and easier terrain from the south. Although I figured the Southeast Ridge is a bit more fun and challenging, so I added that route :-)

Oh BTW, I saw your message in the Message Board.. I'm glad you liked this one it is really peaceful outthere and not too far from the city. The southeast ridge is a lot of fun! I also appreciated your nice comments on the Message Board, take care and happy trails!

You did a great job with this one. I loved all the pics and the two maps are very helpful and well done.

I almost did this one last year but ended up not having enough time but it is still on my tick list so I appreciated seeing you put it up.
