I really like this area and want to vote for this page, but it needs some work. Some things you could do include:
An expanded overview, a thorough description of the geography and important landmarks and features, some history, a description of the best trails, info on rock climbing in the wilderness area, and lastly, some relevant pictures inserted into the text.
I have appreciated your other contributions in the Pine Ridge, so please understand that this is intended as constructive.
Thanks for your constructive comments! I will see what I can do to improve this. I have long wondered why no one else has posted the Black Elk Wilderness. There are many people who use it, and many are more experienced than I am. Rock climbing is not an area of expertise for me. So, I posted this to "try to get the ball rolling" if you will. I hope others will add to this also, as it is a terrific area for hikers and climbers alike. Like all that I have posted for Nebraska's Pine Ridge, I simply do not want to see either of these great area's opportunities missed by those who might otherwise overlook them.
