Black Peak is just to the left of the smoke from the Needles fire near WInthrop. From this angle Black peak appears to have a large saddle between two distinct summits. Taken from the Dana Glacier near Spire Point 7/23/03.

Black Peak

Very interesting shot of history from this summer.The smoke was tremendous. Driving Hwy 20 this past summer or up in the mountains was memorable. Anyway, good shot.
