Blitzen RidgeBlitzen Ridge. It has officially been on my Climbing Goals list since 1/1/2000. Unofficially, it was added the day I climbed Ypsilon Mountain from Chapin Pass (a walk-up) and marveled at the majesty of the entire area on July 11, 1999.
In the year, 2010, I decided I would finish a number of my long-standing goals. And, with a perfect weather forecast, Saturday, September 4, 2010, was the time to dedicate ourselves, finally, joyfully, to climb Blitzen Ridge.
