Blue ice

I'm enjoying bright sunshine, but on the opposite side of the Mueller Valley, a dark blanket of clouds is hanging over the wall, coloring the glaciers. To see more of the wall, click on this picture: Aoraki / Mount Cook National Park, New Zealand.

Good Display

Don't mind if I try that idea in the future, I like the image preview rather than just a blank link. As for the main photo, its always nice to see blue ice.

Normally, I don´t think this ice face shows blue, but the combination of this blanket of clouds and bright sunshine nearby caused very special light conditions. I got lucky to see it :)

As for the image preview, some time ago I found out that all sorts of html in the caption of a picture works as expected. I´ve used it in comments and summit logs too. You just gotta enter the html code directly and see if it comes out right.

I work with websites a bit, so I know how to use the code well. Certainly a good use of it here.
