| In an orange (important) weather risk because of 115 Km/h winds Nadie and me started its ascent from Puerto de Navacerrada without any pole or crampons. And 1h 15 min. after buying a warm cap at Venta Arias (I left it at home), we reached Bola del Mundo summit. The guts were not as strong as AEMET forecasted but we had some problems trying to avoid putting our boots on the ice. There was few people on the mountain and we enjoyed the excursion though the freezing conditions (Tmin= -3ºC). I must give thanks to Nadie because of carrying the only backpack that we had. I could have ascended Bola del Mundo 30 times in life and I can't remember the first time though it should have been in the early 80s. | |

| Starting from the Puerto de Navacerrada, we climbed the direct route under the ski lift of Dos Castillas and got to the summit on our way towards La Maliciosa. | |
